International Driving License
The International Driving Permit (IDP) is an important document that has to present along with your valid native driver’s license to officials in foreign countries.
That allows you to legally drive while traveling in a foreign country.
IDP allows you to drive legally around 174 countries and translates your official IDP into the 8 most common international languages to avoid language barrier.
There is no written or driving test required to get IDP.
You must be at least 18 years or older to apply.
Provide 2 passport-sized signed photographs along with the completed Application form, and a photocopy of your valid U.S. driver's license (Both the sides).
How long does it take to get an International Drivers License?
Processing of Application will generally take up to two weeks. The National Automobile Club offers expedited service for an additional fee of $60. We will process the application in an expedited way. You just need to submit an application along with 2 passport size photographs and photocopy of your native driver’s license.

How long can you drive with a foreign license in the US?
If your IDP (Driver’s license) is up-to-date, it will be valid for up to one year after the date you enter the U.S. you can keep using your foreign license as long as it is valid. You can apply for a new IDP when it expires.
